Product Return Policy

If any portion of the goods delivered to Dealer are defective or are otherwise not in accordance with contract specifications, LIGHT OF HOPE^® shall have the right in its discretion either to replace such defective goods or to refund the portion of the purchase price applicable thereto. No goods shall be returned to LIGHT OF HOPE^® without LIGHT OF HOPE^®’ written consent. Dealer is required to give written notice to LIGHT OF HOPE^® of any claim promptly upon receipt of goods and in any event within 30 days thereafter, and LIGHT OF HOPE^® shall thereupon be afforded a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. LIGHT OF HOPE^® shall not be liable for normal variations in tolerance, dimensions, weights and quantity. Dimensions, sizes and tolerances as determined at LIGHT OF HOPE^® factory or other source of supply shall be conclusive.
